Busan English Theatre Association returns this weekend and next with four performances of Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
This free outdoor production begins at 3 p.m. June 10, 11, 17 and 18 at the Dalmaji Amphitheater on Dalmaji Hill in Haeundae. The BETA production features a cast of both new and returning performers.
The Dalmaji Amphitheater is east of Haeundae Beach across from Alexander Restaurant. This is an outdoor park performance, so feel free to bring the family, blankets, picnics, and your favorite outdoor beverages.
One of Shakespeare’s most popular works, the play is a comedy which portrays the events surrounding the marriage of Theseus, the Duke of Athens, to Hippolyta, the former queen of the Amazons.
