An Incheon man was fined 3 million won for not paying a highway toll gate 803 times — three times more than it would originally cost.
The driver of the car, a 46-year-old man, who repeatedly drove through a toll gate without paying, was sentenced to the fine by a local judge.
The cost of the paying the actual fees would have amounted to 908,000 won.
