Namhae County Tourism and Culture Foundation has launched a month-long public opinion survey beginning July 16, seeking feedback from residents and visitors of the German Village regarding the pilot installation of themed objects.
As part of a broader regional tourism development initiative, five artistic installations were temporarily set up to enrich the storytelling and visual appeal of the village without disrupting its unique ambiance.
These include a pair of miner and nurse statues, smaller mining-themed sculptures, stained glass panels, a German-style public bench, and a functional bookboard.
To determine whether the installations should be expanded or removed, the foundation is collecting feedback through resident questionnaires and a visitor QR code survey, accessible via banners placed near the Hamburg House (61-51, Germany-ro, Samdong-myeon, Namhae-gun).
To encourage participation, a raffle event will award official German Village souvenirs to 50 randomly selected survey participants.
