있잖아요 [ Itjanayo ]
It is used more often by females. It is a derivative of 있다 ([itda], which means something exists), but does not used to give this meaning. So do not get confused.
This is mainly used before asking a question or favor, or just starting a conversation. The speaker is usually shy, being careful, or a little embarrassed to talk to you.
