A new study shows that the quality of mobile communications and internet service in Busan is inferior to the national average.
A lawmaker of the Saenuri Party Bae Gwang-duk said for LTE-A, the national average download and upload speeds measured 114.4 megabytes per sec and 26.9 megabytes per second, yet the download and upload speeds of Busan were 110.5 megabytes per second and 24.6 megabytes per second a little slower than the national average.
Bae added that in cases of broadband LTE and wifi, the speeds in Busan are also lower than the national average.
