Seoul Metro’s AI chatbot ‘Ttota24’, launched in January 2023, has significantly improved passenger convenience by processing more than 430,000 civil complaints in its first year, including 360,000 related to heating and cooling.
Available 24/7 without the need to call a customer center, the chatbot allows users to report issues like “too hot” or “too cold” by simply entering keywords in a chat window, while also offering real-time subway info, fare guidance, and event details, all accessible via the Seoul Metro website, KakaoTalk, or a dedicated URL.
