Busan’s Nakdong River Management Headquarters announced that tulips at Hwamyeong Ecological Park are expected to reach full bloom in the second week of April, offering a vibrant display of spring colors.
Located across from the P1 parking lot, the tulip garden spans approximately 4,000 square meters and features 65,000 tulip bulbs of six different varieties planted last December.
As the tulips bloom following a successful winter cultivation, visitors can enjoy a stunning spring landscape filled with bright, multicolored flowers.

This marks the beginning of a seasonal flower series at the park, which will continue with summer and autumn blooms throughout the year.
The city also plans to introduce new themed attractions such as a family-friendly flower bed at Samrak Ecological Park and fragrant flower paths at both Hwamyeong and Macdo Ecological Parks.
Hydrangeas will bloom along Metasequoia Road in Hwamyeong during summer, while zinnias and cosmos will brighten Samrak and Daejeo parks.
In the fall, Daejeo Ecological Park will feature pink muhly grass and Gaura flower displays, ensuring a continuous celebration of nature’s beauty across the seasons.
